You cannot transfer your ticket to another passenger.

Etihad Rail Value Ticket

You must book a seat as its complement.
You can make unlimited changes within 72 hours of departure.
With every change made, you have to pay a fare of AED 20, and there will also be other additions to the fare as well.
Tickets can be refunded in case of a change in plans, but you cannot transfer them to anybody else

This tier type is made to provide maximum comfort and flexibility to the passengers.

You must book a seat as compulsory.
You can make unlimited changes, and the offer is valid for up to 30 minutes before departure of the train.
You will get a full refund if you cancel the seat 24 hours before departure.
You will get a 30% refund of the fee if the seat is canceled on the same day.
Tickets are transferable before traveling.

Etihad Rail tickets can now be booked online through its official website (https://corporate.etihadrail.ae/en) or etihad rail app. Follow the complete step-by-step procedure to book your ticket in etihad rail.

Select the departure and arrival stations from the drop-down menu.
Select the time and date of your travel (select the most suitable time).
Select your travel class (premium or comfort).
Additional flex or value tiers can be added by paying an extra fee of AED 10 or AED 20.
